Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Field Support Specialist to support their ongoing Windows 11 deployment and physical device inventory project. This role is hands-on and requires travel to their office locations throughout Massachusetts (their home office is in Springfield MA and their MA offices are between Greenfield and Springfield) to ensure timely and accurate completion of project objectives.


To be clear, this position is contract to hire with an initial contract duration of three months before converting to a permanent position with our client. A candidate must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and be okay with traveling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Group Policy updates and Active Directory (AD) security updates.
  • Migrate devices to Windows 11 after imaging.
  • Retrieve and decommission unsupported devices.
