Description
Provide on-site and remote help desk support for end users (Windows/Mac)

Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and access points

Support LAN/WAN connectivity, basic VLANs, and network cabling

Troubleshoot and maintain printers, scanners, peripherals, and conference room equipment

Image, deploy, and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

Handle user account management (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, password resets, permissions)

Respond to IT tickets and prioritize issues based on urgency and impact

Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and internal teams when escalation is needed

Document fixes, configurations, and procedures clearly


Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT support, field technician, or IT generalist roles

Strong working knowledge of:
