JOB DESCRIPTION : Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services. Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.
Requirements
- Graduation is a must.
- Email etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills without any MTI
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Preferred IT Graduate with basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- Must be flexible to work in night shift.
