About The Role

Same technical coverage as the hybrid role, but with emphasis on candidates who hold or previously held Secret or Top-Secret clearance .

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Dell enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, DPS, PowerStore)
  • Work with sensitive customer environments that may require clearance
  • Provide hands-on support onsite in Ottawa

Requirements

  • Canadian citizen, Ottawa-based, 10 years residency (is plus)
  • Experience across Dell infrastructure
