About The Role

We are looking for an IT Generalist with strong experience in Dell PowerEdge servers . You will manage deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting while supporting enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and support PowerEdge servers
  • Provide hands-on support for customer environments in Ottawa
  • Collaborate with teams on server performance, capacity, and lifecycle management
  • Adapt to additional infrastructure tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Canadian citizen (is plus)
  • Onsite in Ottawa, Ontario
  • Strong expertise with PowerEdge servers
  • AI or HPC experience preferred
