Job Summary:
This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across IT operations and ensuring the effective delivery of IT services to meet business needs, maintaining high service availability, and driving continuous improvement in service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This position ensures adherence to SMBC's global policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards while proactively managing IT risks and supporting secure business operations, along with acting as the primary liaison between IT operations, business units, and vendors to ensure seamless technology service delivery aligned with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
