Description
The IT Hardware Asset Management team supports all intake of technology and provisioning of such technology, including life cycle management and maintaining all technology items and peripherals. While the team in Seattle focuses on supporting corporate users, the Denver team will be focused on supporting the store and retail spaces across the country. STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST to maintain data accuracy throughout full life cycle and inventory of all hardware. A background in retail technology and/or understanding of retail related hardware (widgets, POS devices/workstations, plus general tech including computers, monitors, walkies, radios) is a plus. This group collaborates across internal teams regular and their customers are internal customer employees, so the ability to work well with others and a customer-service focus is key.
