Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Hardware Engineer to join our technical infrastructure team in Pune. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our physical computing environment. The ideal candidate has a strong hands-on background in hardware life cycle management, from unboxing and configuration to complex component-level repair and asset disposal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Configuration: Set up, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops (Windows/mac OS), servers, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, docking stations).
