_**Requirements**:_
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- English proeficient.
- **Knowledge**:_
- IT asset management, control, inventory.
- Harware maintenace, upgrade and repair.
- Network management, installation and configuration of APs, switches, data, and voice nodes.
- System, database maintenance guarateeing data availability and integrity.
- Training system, support and provide work instructions for the user.
- IT asset security management (antivirus, internet and firewall policies, data backups).
- Lead, participate and follow up on prjects related to IT.
- Communication with the management team / clients to find out their needs.
- Production Scan System support.
- User help desk support.
