**Skills and qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in the IT field (currently studying or graduated)
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Able to work Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
**Job description**
- **Troubleshooting and Problem Solving**: Diagnosing and resolving issues with computer hardware, software, and networks.
- **Account Management**: Managing user accounts, including password resets and account unlocking.
- **Software and Hardware Installation**: Installing and configuring new software and hardware.
- **Documentation**: Documenting issues and their resolutions for future reference.
- **Escalation**: Escalating complex issues to higher-level IT personnel when necessary
- **Data Management**: Backing up and restoring data files.
- **Communication**: Maintaining clear and effective communication with users and other IT personnel.
Pay: $18,000.00 per month
