Job Description
This is an IT help desk position for a company with a headcount of 300 associates, 100 of them have company equipment, you would also be coordinating with Cybersecurity and two other IT help desk team members under your umbrella.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
Provides remote technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, software, drivers, etc. Receive, prioritize and resolve end user incidents in accordance with IT Service Desk SLA’s.
Installation and use of security tools (e.g., firewalls, data encryption, antivirus), to protect sensitive information all in a cloud based environment.
Provide continuous education to end users to learn about security procedures.
Recommend security enhancements that maximize cost benefit.
Coordinate Help Desk Team.
Manage and troubleshoot when required the CCTV for the company premises.
