At ABATECH, our IT team ensures smooth operations for all employees across the U.S. and Medellín by providing timely, high-quality support. We're seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide responsive technical assistance, solve issues, and help maintain business continuity.
What You'll Do
Assist hardware, software, and connectivity issues using ticketing and calling platforms.
Diagnose and resolve incidents, escalating to Tier 2/3 when needed, while ensuring ownership until resolution.
Perform user account management (password resets, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control).
Support IT onboarding, including device setup and configuration.
Monitor system alerts, update documentation, and contribute to compliance and audit readiness.
Deliver white-glove support to upper management as needed.
