**IT Help Desk Support Specialist**
**Responsibilities**:
- Support multiple offices with IT, networking, and hardware setup
- Collaborate with corporate teams and senior management
- Manage multiple projects and assist in new location integrations
- Provide IT support across the organization
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in **English & Spanish**
- Strong computer systems knowledge
- **1-3 years relevant experience; maximum of 5 years experience**:
- **Associate’s Degree in IT or related field** (new grads welcome!)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of remote access, networking, Apple MDM, and PC setup
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
