Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Position Overview
The IT Help Desk / Tier 1 Support Technician provides first-level technical support. This role is primarily onsite at the Columbia, SC repack warehouse, with remote support for Smyrna and occasional travel to Florence for plant support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users in a manufacturing and warehouse setting
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and basic application issues
Perform basic network connectivity troubleshooting, including switches and cabling
Assist with and maintain physical network cabling within the warehouse and plant areas
Support workstations, scanners, and peripherals used in manufacturing and logistics operations
