Networking Skill Set

Basic networking support for LAN/WAN on Desktop, Laptop, and Wi-Fi end-user devices
Troubleshooting network-related issues
Installation and configuration of new Wi-Fi devices as per Cipla standards
Configuration and sharing of network printers, with user confirmation
Preventive maintenance of networking devices (Switches, Hubs, Routers)
Network device asset labelling and cable tagging


Desktop & Hardware Support

Operating system and basic application installation
Installation and configuration of security tools and applications
Hardware troubleshooting for Desktop/Laptop components (HDD, RAM, Keyboard, Mouse)
Preventive maintenance of Workstations, Desktops, and Laptops
Resolution of Windows NT login issues
Shifting and relocation of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Networking, and Wi-Fi devices
Printer installation and configuration support
Antivirus and security application engine updates
Troubleshooting MS Office issues (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Asset labelling for Desktops, Laptops, and Printers


Other IT Support Activities

Arrangement and support for TV screen access
Projector installation, setup, and regular health checks
OT system arrangement and support
IT asset inventory management
MS Teams and Outlook troubleshooting
Support for Infrastructure-related applications
