IT Helpdesk Intern

If you are looking to start your career in a leading Chinese multinational of the Renewable Energy sector, we are currently offering an IT Helpdesk Internship position in our Digital Center Department.

In this internship you will:

• Provide first level support for Offices and Remote Users (140) in all European countries (Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg and Greece). This might include laptops and infrastructures (such as video conference rooms, printers, workstations, peripherals...) incidents. You will use our ticketing system Zoho Desk to manage all the reported issues/requests.
• Devices/software procurement, IT assets management, inventory, hardware/software support, warranties management, on-boarding/off-boarding of employees' equipment...
• Perform IT Orders, register/keep track of IT invoices.
