A leading hospitality group in Dubai is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to users. The role involves installing and maintaining computer systems, managing user accounts, and troubleshooting hardware and network issues. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in IT support. Knowledge of hospitality systems such as Opera PMS is preferred. This full-time role requires occasional flexibility in hours.
