Overview
Snapscale is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to provide administrative and first-line technical support to the IT department. This role manages IT procurement documentation, inventory and asset records, and equipment issuance and returns in coordination with Procurement, Finance, and Human Resources. The position also serves as the initial point of contact for users, troubleshooting basic hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems when needed, and ensuring accurate documentation and a positive support experience.
