Job Description
In order to give the best experience to Doctolibers and to respond to the growth of Doctolib, we are looking for an IT Service Desk Partner (x/f/m) in a fixed term contract (CDD) Serve as the single point of contact for users requiring IT support (phone call, open ticket on the helpdesk platform). Handling of level 1 requests and incidents: access to applications, technical diagnosis, etc. Accompany the user from the opening of the ticket to its complete resolution Escalation of incidents to local IT Support teams (level 2). Detect incidents or recurring requests with a view to continuous improvement. Propose automation or processes to improve user satisfaction
On a daily basis, you will have to receive, qualify and process IT requests and incidents coming from Doctolibers working in the 3 countries in which Doctolib is established today (Germany, France, Italy).
