1. End-User Support & IT Operations

  • Manage global helpdesk operations and provide L1/L2/L3 support for Windows/macOS users.
  • Handle complex technical issues and drive permanent fixes.
  • Deliver efficient remote support across regions and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding.
  • Maintain and optimize ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management).
  • Create and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
