1. End-User Support & IT Operations
- Manage global helpdesk operations and provide L1/L2/L3 support for Windows/macOS users.
- Handle complex technical issues and drive permanent fixes.
- Deliver efficient remote support across regions and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding.
- Maintain and optimize ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management).
- Create and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
