We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk/Service Desk Coordinator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for end-users needing assistance with their IT-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document and track support requests using the ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment for new employees.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of support activities.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide training and guidance to users on various software applications and IT policies.
