Overview

As an IT Helpdesk Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining operational status of Intel-based desktop computer hardware and software. This position will be based onsite in Ripon, WI.

Responsibilities

  • Installs and supports PC hardware, PC operating system software and PC software packages
  • Assists users with PC, network, and phone problems (hardware and software)
  • Orders and installs PC peripheral equipment
  • Assists Network Analyst with project management, resource planning and system monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Develops and maintains documentation
  • Continually searches for ways to improve processes or reduce costs
  • Keeps up to date and assesses computer technology trends by maintaining affiliations with successful companies who practice effective desktop management, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and ...
