Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our project site team. This is a hands‑on role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain project site network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
