Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking technical assistance; contact can be made by phone or ticket submission via email
  • Diagnose and investigate techniques to determine the root cause of the customer issue and find the best solution
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in person, via phone, or by remote screen‑sharing session
  • Escalate ticket issues to another technician or the Help Desk Manager
  • Effectively communicate both the problem and its solution to the customer
