IT Infrastructure Analyst

Koch Engineered Solutions is looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Analyst to our new manufacturing facility in support of the Koch-Glitsch business. This position is located in Apodaca, Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology in manufacturing, and who want to grow their skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.

• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (docking stations, monitors, etc.).
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
• Manage communication with stakeholders regarding service provision and outages.
• Work with support team to troubleshoot issues and ensure issues are being routed to proper functional teams.
