The Role

 As part of the acquisition of PwC’s Australian Restructuring practice in September 2025, we have created customer‑focused Junior IT Service Desk Analyst role to join our Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ IT experience who enjoys problem‑solving, working with modern cloud technologies, and providing great user support.

You will act as the first point of contact for IT issues, gaining exposure to a wide range of systems including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and enterprise collaboration tools. With strong mentorship and on‑the‑job learning, you’ll develop your technical skills to progress within the IT function.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all IT support inquiries via email, walk‑ups, and the ticketing system.
