Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute technical implementations
- Maintain technical documentation
- Provide post-deployment support
- Perform proactive maintenance and health checks
- Support client training and handover
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service excellence
Requirements:
- At Least a Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
- Technical certifications in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity are a plus
- 1–2 years in technical implementation or support roles preferred
- Experience in enterprise IT environments or managed services is beneficial
- Good understanding of network monitoring tools and basic cybersecurity concepts
- Able to independently install, test, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Basic command of ticketing tools and SLAs
- Competent in technical documentation and client communication
