  • Backup and restore procedure for critical servers
  • Managing antivirus solution
  • Managing firewall and setup new access control rules
  • Troubleshooting firewall related problems
  • Managing Windows desktop PCs and servers in the networked environment

Maintenance and Implementation

Troubleshoot, support, and maintain PCs, test and implement upgrades of PCs to ensure the reliability of IT to support daily business operation. Planning of PC refresh program and standardization of office applications and operating system.
