IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Brief:

The
Infrastructure Engineer will support hybrid infrastructure
environments, including on-premises and Microsoft Azure cloud
services. This role focuses on coordinating infrastructure-related
projects, liaising with end users and vendors, and ensuring timely
delivery of services aligned with Group standards. The engineer
will also assist in compliance reporting, man-hour loss governance,
and service performance
tracking.

Job
Responsibilities:

Infrastructure
& Daily Operations

o Coordinate lifecycle
operations for on-premises infrastructure, including provisioning,
patching, upgrades, and capacity planning.

o
Liaise with Group or vendor to monitor backup, disaster recovery,
and high availability strategies.

o Track and
report on operational health and performance
metrics.

o Maintain all DR test report to ensure
all RTC it is updated
