IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a proactive IT expert to provide technical support for clients addressing hardware and software issues with prompt resolution.

  • Fully responsible for installing systems monitoring performance to improve client experience while adhering strictly to security guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide first-level technical assistance via phone, email or on-site visits.
• Troubleshoot complex IT problems ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in system deployments and upgrades.


Requirements:


  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is required. 
    A certification in CompTIA A+ will be an added advantage.
