ConnectSquads, the IT Recruitment & Staff Augmentation division of Connectalents, is hiring for for a global healthcare and life sciences organization "IT Infrastructure Lead - (Data Center)" in New Cairo, Egypt

Job Scope:

  • The IT Infrastructure Lead - (Data Center) is Responsible for datacenter operations, including power, cooling, cabling, racks, access control, hardware lifecycle, and capacity planning. Oversees physical infrastructure and ensures compliance with environmental and operational standards.


Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and administration.
  • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP, MSE, CISSP, ITIL, PMP).
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring IT teams.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture, IT operations, and project management practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
