Key IT Support Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on a key role in managing our IT infrastructure . The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting ERP and POS systems.

• Responsible for the maintenance, upgrade, and configuration of both on-premises and cloud server infrastructures.
• Perform troubleshooting of complex technical issues with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Maintain high levels of network security through regular monitoring and response to potential threats.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A strong background in IT administration with hands-on experience in managing various hardware components such as servers, storage devices, routers etc.;
