The **IT Infrastructure Manager (RCE COE Spend Management)** plays a pivotal role in managing financial operations and portfolio governance for BTS IS capital investments outside the United States.
This position ensures effective coordination with local site managers and finance teams across EMEA region, driving alignment between global business objectives and regional technology investments. Through data-driven analysis, purchase order tracking, and reporting to the US, the role drives strategic decision-making and financial transparency.
This role is the finance + operations “traffic controller” for IT infrastructure spending outside the US.
**You make sure EMEA sites plan and spend capital correctly, keep purchase orders and assets tidy from start to finish** , report clean numbers to the US, and improve the forecasting and reporting process (often with Power BI/Excel + SAP).
