IT Infrastructure Manager

Requirements

Must have:

- Demonstrable experience within an IT Infrastructure role, ideally within a multi-site organisation. - Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. - Security-focused approach to infrastructure design and management. - Technical experience across core infrastructure technologies, including: - Microsoft cloud technologies such as Entra, Intune, and the Microsoft 365 suite - Network technologies, including Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti - Management and support of Windows, Apple, and Android devices - Experience working with cyber security toolsets, including: - Anti-malware and endpoint protection solutions - Email filtering technologies - Web filtering technologies - Experience delivering system integrations across business functions. - Strong documentation skills with a structured, process-driven approach. - ITIL Foundation certification (desirable)
