Job Description:


The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to the school's computer systems, networks, and devices.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Network administration in our Barcelona campuses

  • Helpdesk services for staff, professors, and students

  • Administration of Office 365 and other platforms managed by the department

  1. Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field (CFGS Administration of IT Systems)

  2. Bachelor's Degree is an asset but not required. Candidate must have at least two years of experience working as an IT support specialist

  3. A strong command of English language is necessary to interact with international users
