Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing and executing IT QA projects, including onboarding of IT Zones to BMC Helix platform.
  • Collect business requirements, analyze and plan their implementation.
  • Identify the tasks necessary to meet project deliverables within the team and coordinates with other functions or teams as required.
  • Develops plans outlining timelines, milestones, and the resources needed to complete tasks.
  • Organize and facilitates various project-related meetings, such as planning sessions, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and demos. While the manager may not lead all of these, they are ultimately accountable for their execution.
  • Establish governance processes to monitor project progress, risks and report on status.
  • Identify, plans, and manages project resources and stakeholders.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely updates.
  • Anticipate and manage project risks and issues in a proactive manner.
  • Plan and oversees project scope, timelines, resources, and quality to ensure success.
  • Demonstrate accountability and responsibility for delivering the project on time and in alignment with requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and create project documentation (like SOPs, user manual, training guidelines, etc.)
  • Adjusts working hours when needed to meet deadlines.
  • Required skills:

  • Basic understanding of IT Service Management/ ITIL concepts.
  • Facilitate positive discussions with challenging stakeholders across different hierarchical levels in the organization.
  • Previous experience in managing projects about tool onboarding/migrations will be a plus.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, etc.) will be a plus.
  • Proficient in creating dashboards and reports and presenting them to various audience.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Highly focused with strong skills in organization and prioritization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of collaboration and driving results.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and investigative skills.
