Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure (servers, systems, networks, hardware & software)

  • Oversee website, CRM, internal tools, email systems, and cloud services

  • Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies

  • Coordinate with vendors, hosting providers, and software partners

  • Manage IT support for internal teams (troubleshooting, access, permissions)

  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues proactively

  • Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations

  • Maintain documentation of IT processes and systems

  • Ensure minimal downtime and quick issue resolution

  • Support management in technology planning and digital growth initiatives
