IT Support Specialist

The role entails maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure to ensure seamless digital operations.

  • Contribute to the upkeep of general IT systems and services;
  • Offer first- and second-level technical assistance via remote tools;

Familiarity with Windows-based PCs, Microsoft Office 365 environments is essential; knowledge of Azure and hands-on experience with printers/peripherals are beneficial;
Proficiency in French language skills advantageous;
Customer service team player mindset required.
