Service Operations Manager Role Summary

This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining the stability and resilience of IT services. The Service Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing major incident management, service reliability, and continuous improvement across the IT landscape.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Lead Critical/Major Incidents - manage troubleshooting calls and ensure services are recovered in minimum time.   

    • A key responsibility includes managing critical incidents to minimize downtime and ensure rapid resolution.

    • The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively contributes significantly to this role's success.
