Primary Responsibilities
+ Take ownership of configuring, deploying, and supporting a wide range of enterprise network systems, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, access points, and storage networking technologies, following established best‑practice standards.
+ Develop and maintain clear internal documentation covering network designs, system configurations, topology maps, lifecycle changes, patch schedules, and service histories.
+ Use network monitoring and alerting platforms (such as SolarWinds, Servers Alive, or FortiCloud) to identify issues proactively and resolve them before they impact operations.
+ Provide written recommendations on long‑term network improvements, capacity planning, and security enhancements.
