Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical assistance to our clients.



Job Description:

The role includes but is not limited to:


  • Providing hands-on support for Windows Server, Mac OS X, and enterprise systems;

  • Troubleshooting network issues, including configuration, installation, diagnostics,

  • Supporting Microsoft 365 Azure environments;

  • Administer hardware assets such as printers desktops mobile devices peripherals.
