DevOps Engineers – Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes (K8): 5+ years of experience DevOps/SRE (Kubernetes)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reliable environments, releases, and CI/CD. Build and operate Kubernetes clusters, delivery pipelines, and observability that power daily development and releases.

• Manage cluster lifecycle (provisioning, upgrades, backup/restore, disaster recovery drills)

• Create Helm charts for multi-env promotion

• Develop CI/CD jobs (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) including build, test, SCA/SAST/DAST and deployment

• Integrate observability (Prometheus, Grafana) and log pipelines (Fluentd/Splunk); write actionable alerts

• Harden platform with secrets management, image signing, and policy controls

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE with 2+ years operating Kubernetes in production

• Hands-on with Container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions; container build and artifact registries

• Linux, networking (ingress, service mesh basics), and security fundamentals

• Python and Bash scripting

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud provider experience (AWS EKS/Azure AKS/GKE)

• Prometheus Alert manager tuning; Grafana dashboards; Splunk queries

• Zero-downtime upgrade strategies; canary/blue‑green releases
