The IT Lead - Application Support (ZOHO Suite) is the technical subject matter expert responsible for the end-toend administration, configuration, customization, and integration of the organization's entire ZOHO suite of applications. This role ensures the ZOHO platform is robust, scalable, and optimized to support critical business processes across multiple departments.
