Future responsibilities could include:
- Assistance in handling simple problems or generic 'how to' questions.
- Qualify Monitoring and backup of local databases
- Problem solving 2nd level support tickets for software and troubleshooting
- Problem solving 2nd level support tickets for servers and storage infrastructure
- Validation, authorization and purchase of local software license
- Servers and storage administration
- Data Center monitoring, testing and maintenance
- Providing support for Virtual Machines ( Windows and Linux)
- Cloud service management 1st level
