Job Description

1. Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of software Application and IT equipment (Server/Storage/Switch/Firewall).

2. Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.

3. Interface with third party to locate technical problems that may arise during the integration.

4. Onsite Maintenance support for critical problems that can’t be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA.

5. Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process.
