Digital + Hardware SupportMarketing related projectexp in eCommerce will be a plusOur client, a top tier company is looking for a IT Manager (~50k, Digital Project) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Play a key technical role in the company’s e-commerce platform transformation project, ensuring system compatibility, data integrity, and smooth migration.Partner closely with the Marketing Team to deliver technical guidance and solutions for digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and analytics tools integration.Provide frontline helpdesk support and manage timely resolution of end-user technical issues.Oversee and maintain the stability, security, and performance of servers, network infrastructure, and core IT systems.Liaise and coordinate effectively with external IT vendors for service delivery, procurement, and project implementation.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance IT efficiency, security, and alignment with business objectives.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or cross-functional coordination role.Experience supporting digital marketing technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, CRM/marketing automation platforms) is highly desirable.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Shopline) and system integration projects.Knowledge in Windows/Linux servers, networking (LAN/WAN), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
