  • Our client, a top tier company is looking for a IT Manager (~50k, Digital Project) to join their team.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key technical role in the company’s e-commerce platform transformation project, ensuring system compatibility, data integrity, and smooth migration.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing Team to deliver technical guidance and solutions for digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and analytics tools integration.
  • Provide frontline helpdesk support and manage timely resolution of end-user technical issues.
  • Oversee and maintain the stability, security, and performance of servers, network infrastructure, and core IT systems.
  • Liaise and coordinate effectively with external IT vendors for service delivery, procurement, and project implementation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance IT efficiency, security, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or cross-functional coordination role.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, CRM/marketing automation platforms) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Shopline) and system integration projects.
  • Knowledge in Windows/Linux servers, networking (LAN/WAN), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
