About the Role
As our IT Manager, you’ll lead technology operations and help shape the future of IT at the club. Reporting to the Head of Data & Technology, you’ll oversee infrastructure, networks, and service delivery while building strong relationships and driving practical innovation.
The scope of the role will include:
- Lead IT service management, focusing on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop a small technical team, fostering collaboration and capability growth.
- Manage core network and security platforms, including Fortinet firewalls, switching, and wireless connectivity.
- Champion innovation and emerging technologies, such as AI, to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Build trusted relationships across the club and communicate technical concepts in clear, accessible ways.
- Deliver technology projects and architecture that align with our strategic goals.
