Job Description
We are looking for an IT Manager to join our company.
Job Responsibilities:
• In charge of Managing the ERP System (Navision/Microsoft Business Central) and retail solutions (LSRetail).
• In charge of PowerBI and creating reports that support Sales Team.
• In charge of designing Business Intelligence Solutions (Jet Analytics/Jet Reports).
• Provide Support to the E-commerce website and Manage Fawaz Website.
• Manage Salesforce Automation System and recommend new technology to enhance sales routing and data.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, network, support, and systems administration.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of IT systems.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware solutions to improve business operations.
• Manage IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and requirements.
• Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
• Monitor system performance and address issues as they arise to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renew agreements.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT management.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, cybersecurity, and software platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
