IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute IT strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff performance.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Network & System Infrastructure: Manage and maintain network and system infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Hyper-V, Aruba Network, and Palo Alto technologies.
• Microsoft 365 Security: Ensure the security of Microsoft 365 environments, particularly focusing on Entra ID, Purview, Defender, DLP and Intune.
• Compliance & Frameworks: Implement and maintain ISO 27001 and ITIL frameworks to ensure robust security and operational practices.
• Documentation & SOP: Develop and maintain baseline configurations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and project documentation based on ISO 27001 and ITIL principles.
• Security Assessment & Patching: Conduct periodic security assessments and ensure timely patching to protect infrastructure and systems.
• Enterprise Infrastructure Security: Apply appropriate security controls and hardening to ensure enterprise infrastructure meets security requirements.
• Operational Support: Provide support for daily IT operations, including change management, problem management, release management, and addressing any issues that arise.
• After-Hours Maintenance: Perform patching or scheduled maintenance outside regular working hours to minimize disruptions to business operations.
• Vendor Collaboration: Work with external vendors for ongoing maintenance or projects to ensure infrastructure meets company standards.
• CIS Control & Hardening: Understand and apply CIS controls to enhance the security posture of the environment.
• Microsoft SharePoint & DLP: Manage and ensure security of SharePoint Online and implement Microsoft Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Cloud Migration & Azure: Provide expertise in managing an Azure hybrid environment and assist in migrating from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 solutions stack is a must.
• Proven experience in network infrastructure, system administration, and security management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Expertise in Hyper-V, Aruba Networks, Palo Alto firewalls, Microsoft 365 security solutions, Sharepoint and DLP.
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001 compliance and ITIL best practices.
• Experience in security assessments, patching, and infrastructure hardening.
• Ability to work with vendors and manage change management, problem management, and release management.
