Overview

• Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)

Incident Management: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for related incidents and service requests, diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues.

Azure AD Administration: Manage and configure Azure AD, including user and admin roles, identities, and accounts.

Security & Compliance: Perform system hardening for O365 & Azure services based on security best practices, ensuring access controls and backups are in place.

System Maintenance: Monitor performance, upgrade systems, apply patches, and manage outages in line with SLAs.

Documentation: Develop and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

Automation: Implement automation using scripts and leverage Azure Automation & Graph API for efficiency.
